1. General Refund Rules

Refunds are processed based on the cancellation policy applicable at the time of booking. Please note that Safari Permit Fees paid to the Forest Department are typically Non-Refundable once the permit has been generated.

2. Technical Failures

If a booking amount is deducted from your account but the booking is not confirmed due to a technical glitch or network failure, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment source within 7 to 10 working days.

3. Park Closure

In the rare event that Panna National Park is closed by the Forest Department due to unforeseen circumstances (heavy rains, administrative reasons), the refund for the safari permit will be subject to the discretion of the Park Authorities. The service charge component may be retained to cover administrative costs.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5 to 7 business days. The time it takes for the amount to reflect in your bank account depends on your bank's processing speed.
